Sales Engineering Manager – Power Solutions

We are seeking a skilled Sales Engineering Manager with expertise in Power Solutions to lead the business development efforts for our innovative Power products. This role is fully remote and offers a competitive salary package, including a car allowance and performance bonuses.

Your proactive mindset and deep understanding of market dynamics will be essential in identifying new clientele and crafting solution-oriented strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new customer segments and market opportunities.
  • Engage with potential clients to nurture and develop business leads.
  • Maintain comprehensive customer profiles and foster strong relationships with key suppliers.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales and margin objectives.
  • Stay informed about product categories to leverage cross-selling opportunities.
  • Provide thorough feedback and detailed reports on sales initiatives.
  • Participate in industry exhibitions, sales meetings, and other relevant activities.

About You:

You are an ambitious and self-driven professional with over 5 years of experience in key account management and business development. A degree in Electronics or a related discipline is essential. You possess knowledge and practical experience in Power design and have previously managed the execution of sales strategies, resolved technical challenges, and uncovered new business prospects.

Your ability to cultivate strong internal and external relationships is crucial, as is your capability to assist Field Sales Engineers in developing new business and product specifications. Proficiency in market research to identify new customers and familiarity with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are also required.
