Job Title: Clinical Psychologist - Therapeutic Residential Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team as a Therapeutic Residential Care Specialist. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering specialist therapeutic support within our independent residential children's homes in Sidcup, Kent.

About the Role:
  • Lead the delivery of Attachment and Trauma Informed Care (ATIC) within our residential settings
  • Develop and implement therapeutic interventions for a small caseload of young people
  • Provide supervision and training to staff teams on trauma-informed approaches and mental health
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and support for young people
Requirements:
  • HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist
  • Substantial experience in delivering therapeutic supports in inpatient mental health settings or children's services
  • Knowledge and experience in ATIC principles and trauma-focused therapies
