Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to join our team, focusing on our surgical orthopaedic portfolio in the London and South East region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new sales, maintaining existing business, and providing exceptional customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support surgical cases, product trials, and customer training.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management, key decision-makers, and customers.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, while providing regular sales reports and updates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in surgical orthopaedics, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent understanding of the NHS capital procurement process and ability to navigate complex sales environments.
- Positive attitude, confident, highly organized, and competitive goal-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
- Full valid driving license and eligibility to work in the UK.
