VNA Forklift Operator

Position Title: VNA Driver
Company: Client of Cogent Staffing
Cogent Staffing is actively seeking experienced VNA Drivers with a background in warehouse operations for a client. This role is temporary but offers the possibility of becoming permanent for the right individual. Candidates must hold a valid VNA license and have at least two years of operational experience.
Position Overview:
- Safely and efficiently operate VNA forklifts and other material handling machinery.
- Manage the loading and unloading of goods from trucks, storage areas, and production zones.
- Move materials throughout the warehouse environment.
- Conduct routine maintenance inspections on forklifts.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company guidelines.
- Support stock replenishment and participate in picking and packing tasks.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid VNA driving license.
- Prior experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing context.
- Comprehensive understanding of forklift operations and safety standards.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness skills.
- Physical endurance and capability to lift heavy items.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
