We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Manager to join our team at JEM Childcare Solutions. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for leading and supporting our team to provide high-quality care and education to children.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of childcare professionals to deliver exceptional care and education to children.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging and educational programs for children.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and education provided to children, making recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of children and staff, maintaining a safe and secure environment.
- Minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years/Childcare.
- At least 3 years' experience of working in a Day Nursery.
- At least 2 years' experience of leading and supporting teams.
- Ability to inspire, energize, and support others.
- Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations.
- Firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements.
