Civil Design Engineer

Our client, a leading UK-based Engineering Consultancy, is seeking an experienced Assistant Civil Design Engineer to join their team in Leeds. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in Civil Engineering and a proven track record in Flood Risk Assessments, Drainage Strategies, and Residential Drainage or Sewerage Designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Flood Risk Assessments for flood zones 1, 2, and 3
- Surface Water Management Plans
- Drainage Strategy and detailed Residential Drainage and Sewerage Design using AutoCAD, Infodrainage, and Microdrainage
- Drainage Area Planning
- Road Design
- Highway design
Requirements:
- BSc/BEng and/or MSc/MEng in Civil Engineering
- Dissertation focused on SuDS Design or Flood Risk Assessments
- Experience working for a UK-based Consultancy or Local Authority
- Reside locally
