Job Title: Support WorkerWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Gloucester. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities, challenging behaviours, physical disabilities, and Mental Health conditions.
Key Responsibilities:- Encourage individuals to participate in activities and follow their interests, including assisting them in the community and helping them attend appointments.
- Support individuals to be as independent as possible, whether this involves helping them learn to cook or prompting them to develop personal care skills.
- Encourage individuals to follow their personal planned strategies to maintain their emotional wellbeing and mental health.

- A commitment to constantly providing the highest standards of care for the individuals we support.
