Senior Electrical Engineering Manager

Location: Cardiff

Salary: £70,000 - £85,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in project and client meetings to drive project success.
  • Lead the formulation of initial strategic concepts for engineering projects.
  • Act as a principal figure within an integrated project design team.
  • Ensure high-quality technical delivery across all tasks.
  • Mentor junior staff and provide essential guidance.
  • Oversee financial management, resource allocation, and project deliverables.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Chartered Engineer status.
  • Strong technical expertise in electrical engineering.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Building Services Engineering.
  • Proficient knowledge of contemporary technical delivery methodologies.
  • Experience in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
