Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example as a proactive and operational spa manager

  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and present oneself professionally

  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills

Essential Requirements:

  • Several years of experience as a Spa Manager
  • Experience in a luxury spa setting
  • Recognized qualifications such as NVQ2 & NVQ level 3, CIBTAC, or CIDESCO
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Experience in a five-star environment
  • Industry knowledge and skills
  • Dedication and commitment to excellence
  • Integrity and honesty
  • Passion and enthusiasm for the industry

Benefits:

  • Attractive salary of up to £38,000
  • Monthly service charge of £250+
  • OTE of £40,000 or more
  • Meals provided during shifts
