Business Development Director

Gravity Global is a leading marketing consultancy that excels in complex markets. Our team is driven by strategy, innovation, technology, data, and creativity, delivering brand-and-demand marketing programmes that drive transformational growth for our clients.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to drive new business growth by identifying and securing new clients, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence, with a particular focus on lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive outbound sales strategy to achieve business growth targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients.
  • Work closely with the UK new business lead to manage the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and business development performance.
  • Represent Gravity Global at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in outbound sales and business development, with a strong emphasis on lead generation, preferably within the marketing or advertising industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and solutions.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
