SPE Travelers Management, LTD is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our European operations, you will be responsible for managing and implementing projects and workstreams across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee project plans, backlogs, work-stream activities, milestones, risks, and issues to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coach and mentor non-PMO project managers in project management skills and provide support as needed.
- Provide thought leadership to help the PMO leadership team model the way in providing a centre of excellence for project management and delivery in Europe.
- Operate within defined parameters of the Travelers methodology and the PMO to accomplish collective project and programme goals.
- Ensure all project literature, artefacts, and analytics are kept up to date, proportionate, and of the required standard.
- Manage project resources effectively and ensure clear direction is provided.
- Manage executive-level relationships.
- Act in an ethical manner at all times and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Certification in a structured Project Management Methodology, including Prince2, ISEB, PMP.
- Experience within a Scrum Master role in an Agile Development environment, including general knowledge of Kanban.
- A track record as Project Manager of up to 8 work-streams and related IT and non-IT projects.
- Thorough knowledge of and experience in developing the Business Case.
- Business-focused, level-headed, collaborative, and comfortable working at all levels of the organisation with excellent negotiation, communication, mentoring, and coaching skills.
