- Ensure effective financial management of the programme, adhering to budget constraints and maximizing value for money.
- Demonstrable experience leading complex EPR system implementations within a healthcare setting.
- Extensive transformation and change management expertise across organizational boundaries within the healthcare sector.
- Proven ability to lead Programme Teams tasked with delivering complex change management and/or EPR Programmes.
- In-depth knowledge of complex healthcare environments and the challenges associated with implementing large-scale IT systems.
- Experience in financial budgeting, performance data analysis, and driving benefits realization.
- Service design and development experience.
- Experience creating national literature and presentations for senior global audiences.
