Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Tutor to join our team at Prospero Teaching. As a SEN Tutor, you will provide one-to-one support to students with special educational needs, helping them to overcome challenges and reach their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with SEN students or in an SEN setting, and will be able to create engaging and inclusive learning environments. If you are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of students with SEN, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support to students with SEN
  • Develop and implement tailored learning plans to meet the needs of individual students
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure seamless support for students
  • Monitor and record student progress, identifying areas for improvement and celebrating successes

Requirements:

  • Experience working with SEN students or in an SEN setting
  • Ability to create engaging and inclusive learning environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting students with SEN
