The Site Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the operational aspects of construction projects, ensuring that all administrative functions are executed seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks including the preparation of correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, memos, and emails.
- Manage document uploads on Project Plus and maintain organized filing systems.
- Process purchase orders efficiently.
- Coordinate with material suppliers and central purchasing teams to guarantee timely deliveries essential for site operations, office supplies, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Oversee the inventory of office supplies, ensuring a tidy and organized workspace.
- Maintain up-to-date project contact lists.
- Collect and document site performance data, generating reports to accurately track costs, production, and budget metrics.
- Assist Site Management in promoting safe, efficient, and cost-effective site operations.
- Establish and maintain filing and record systems for various departments as necessary.
- Gather necessary information for payroll processing and submit details to the Head Office on a weekly basis.
