Enforcement Officer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Enforcement Officer to join our team at MPJ Recruitment Ltd. As an Enforcement Officer, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients recover debts and assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit debtor's properties to arrange payment of outstanding debts.
  • Set up and agree repayment arrangements.
  • Assist debtors in completing questionnaires.
  • Take control of goods when required.
  • Remove goods when necessary.
  • Make enquiries with neighbours if debtors have moved or left a property.
  • Compile short reports about your visit, along with any necessary paperwork.
  • Assess debtor vulnerability and signpost them to support services if required.
  • Liaise with office-based colleagues regarding active cases.
  • Work independently, often in different geographical areas each day.
  • Handle cash payments when required.

  • Average performer earns £40-50k.
  • Candidates have come from police, sales, army/military etc.
  • Bonus paid out on debt collected.

The commission scheme provided by the business can allow a top performer (potentially yourself) to earn over £100,000 annually.
