About the Role


Talent is seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining advanced analytics, dashboards, and other solutions within Tableau.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop complex data models using dbt
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Tableau Cloud and Tableau Desktop
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and develop data-driven solutions
  • Provide data analysis and insights to support business decision-making
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in business intelligence and data visualization


Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of Tableau Cloud and Tableau Desktop
  • Excellent SQL skills and experience with SSRS
  • Experience in developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and visualizations
  • Ability to discuss complex business concepts and recommend solutions
  • Understanding of designing data models using dbt
  • Previous experience of working within an Agile environment
  • Brilliant rapport-building skills working with a range of stakeholders


Desirable

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field
  • Knowledge of data lake and pipeline development
