Finance Administrator Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Administrator to join our team at Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited. As a Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for reviewing and checking accounts, liaising with other teams and third parties, and producing illustrations to show current values of account projections.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Review and check accounts and recorded on system
* Liaise with other teams across the business and third parties to resolve exceptions
* Produce illustrations to show current values of account projections
* Create and send Annual reports for clients
* Use information from third parties to reconcile client accounts
* Liaise with other teams across the business and third parties to resolve queries relating to client accounts
* Update internal system to reflect current values of investments held with client accounts
* Request and process tax certificates

**Requirements:**

* Previous experience in accounts or administration
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
