Your Role

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the properties in our portfolio are in top-notch condition. This will involve:

  • Expert Maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural systems to ensure our assets are safeguarded and resident satisfaction is enhanced.
  • Swift Response to emergency repairs, minimizing disruption to residents and ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Preventative Maintenance to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Unit Preparation for new residents, maintaining our high standards and ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Collaboration with our property management team to elevate our communities and provide exceptional resident experiences.

Your Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in residential or BTR environments.
  • Strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer service and a commitment to safety and excellence.
