Our team is looking for a skilled Automotive Damage Estimator to help us achieve our goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of vehicle damage, accurately identifying the necessary repairs.
  • Compile and submit detailed, accurate repair estimates using industry-standard software.
  • Liaise with insurance companies, customers, and the bodyshop team to ensure smooth, efficient processing of repairs.
  • Work closely with technicians and support staff to ensure the repair plan is understood and executed effectively.
  • Monitor the progress of repairs, keeping customers and insurers updated on timelines and any changes.
  • Ensure all estimates comply with company standards and industry regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Automotive Damage Estimator within the automotive repair industry.
  • Strong knowledge of estimating software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • ATA accreditation or willingness to work towards it.
