About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our Commercial Accident Repair Bodyshop Team at Rubber Duck Cars.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess a wide range of commercial vehicles using Audatex, and calculate costings and the time required to complete all necessary repairs accurately and professionally.
  • Liaise regularly with insurance engineers, write job cards for and liaise regularly with the workshop, and contact customers to provide updates.
  • Carry out high-volume repairs to BSI PAS 10125 standards.
Requirements
  • Plan your workload effectively to ensure vehicles are ready for agreed timescales.
  • Work skilfully and safely under pressure.
  • Carry out work in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.
  • Work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative with minimal supervision.
  • Be flexible in your approach.
  • Continually work to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind.
  • Candidates must have previous experience as a VDA / Estimator in a Bodyshop environment.
