Job Title: Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our dynamic team at Randstad CPE. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems and equipment within commercial office environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine and reactive maintenance on a variety of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building fabric.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, providing efficient and effective solutions to minimise downtime.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Liaise with clients to provide excellent customer service, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work carried out, including reports and documentation.
  • Participate in the on-call rota (1 in 5) to provide emergency support outside regular working hours.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer, preferably in a commercial office setting.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Flexibility to travel across the designated areas and occasionally to London.
