We're seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Senior Sales Assistant. As a key member of our store team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and resolve any customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Oversee the store's presentation and visual appeal, ensuring a welcoming and engaging environment for customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales objectives and boost morale.
  • Juggle multiple tasks, including operating the till, restocking shelves, and maintaining a high level of store standards.
