About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Pipe Stress Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for the mechanical design of packaged equipment piping design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform mechanical design piping stress analysis for process packages or coordinate with design disciplines for timely submission of design deliverables.
  • Prepare design inputs for mechanical designers and review/approve mechanical engineering deliverables.
  • Ensure equipment design meets necessary design codes and standards, project specifications, and good engineering practices.
  • Resolve design issues with project parties and handle customer comments and technical clarifications.
  • Participate in project meetings and work in accordance with company procedures and standards.
Requirements
  • Strong adherence to safety and demonstrated safe work habits.
  • Experience as a Mechanical Engineer for complex mechanical systems or packages including piping.
  • Experience in preparation/review of calculation notes and reports.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering on time, within budget, with quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Well-organized and able to work independently.
  • Fluent in English and strong report writing skills.
