Position Overview:
This role provides the flexibility of remote work with occasional client engagements.

Graduate Planet is a leader in data and business process optimization, seeking a Senior Client Relationship Manager to collaborate closely with the Managing Director.

The successful candidate will work in tandem with the UK Customer Services Manager, sharing responsibilities and insights.

This is a predominantly client-facing role that necessitates daily engagement with customers, focusing on nurturing and enhancing relationships with all designated clients.

Additionally, this position entails identifying prospective clients and business avenues, advocating for the company's offerings, and encouraging new clients to engage with our services.

As needed, this role will also involve guiding and mentoring the UK Customer Account Manager team, while serving as the technical authority on database management and reliability engineering principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a technical mentor and coach for all members of the Customer Account Manager team.
  • Oversee the activities of the Customer Account Manager team, focusing on:
  • Fostering customer relationships through consistent and dedicated communication.
  • Facilitating the expansion of the client base by promoting the company's data solutions and product offerings to both existing and potential clients.
  • Assisting assigned clients with the submission and engineering evaluation of data, ensuring high-quality information for fleet-level reliability reporting.
  • Ensuring that customer inquiries and issues are promptly logged in the Help Desk system and resolved satisfactorily.
  • Responding to technical support requests from clients and their stakeholders.
  • Documenting and tracking customer support cases to guarantee timely resolutions.
  • Identifying new sales prospects and formulating strategies to secure new business.
  • Upholding the Q1 Quality First policy with commitment and diligence.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in a technical field (e.g., Mechanical or Electrical Engineering) or equivalent professional experience, including relevant military or customer service background.
  • Ability to demonstrate sound engineering judgment and apply rigorous methodologies to specific challenges or projects.
  • Proven experience in customer interaction, facilitating the development of relationships and tailored solutions.
  • Strong knowledge and effective delivery of products and training materials to clients are essential.
  • Experience in the Power Generation and/or Oil and Gas sectors, particularly with gas and steam turbines, is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and business reporting.
  • Minimal travel (less than 20%) may be required.
