Exciting Opportunity for a Legal Secretary

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Legal Secretary to join our Real Estate team in Newcastle. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our solicitors and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately prepare and produce a variety of documents, including copy and audio typing
  • Assist with billing and the preparation of legal documents, following established precedents
  • Prepare legal forms, ensuring all deadlines are met and time is recorded efficiently
  • Open and manage new client files, ensuring full compliance with anti-money laundering regulations

Requirements:

  • Seasoned legal secretary with excellent typing skills
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office and other IT tools
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
