Associate, Client Processing Representative II

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate, Client Processing Representative II to join our Investment Operations team in Manchester, United Kingdom. This is a hybrid role, with a mix of office and remote work.
Key Responsibilities- Provide senior-level support to the client processing support team, including work direction and technical assistance on complex matters.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, communicating needs and issues internally and externally.
- Participate in processing updates to client accounts and company records, ensuring timely and accurate management.
- Support business and technology managers, handling complex client inquiries and requests.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve escalated and complex problems in client accounts or company records, working closely with technology and systems teams.
- May be responsible for allocating and checking work of other team members, as well as supervisory review and approval actions.
- Support team growth and professional development.
- High school/secondary school or equivalent combination of education and experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Process-oriented, keen individuals with experience in reconciliations, trade processing, settlements, and cash processing are ideal.
- Sufficient work experience and derivative knowledge are necessary.
