About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Heat Pump Trainer to join our team at Aira Academy in Dartford. As a key member of our training network, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training in all aspects of Air Source Heat Pump Installation to our engineers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver innovative training programs to engage and inspire our colleagues
  • Support technicians with continuous personal development throughout their careers at Aira
  • Confidently deliver both practical and theoretical training in a way that meets the needs of our engineers
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in renewable heating systems and clean energy technologies
  • Demonstrate best practice for plumbing and heating principles, including pipework, radiators, and cylinders

Requirements

  • Proven experience in installing central heating systems, including pipework, radiators, and unvented cylinders
  • Experience of training in the plumbing and heating industry, either within a previous company, college, or training centre
