As a Heat Pump Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in helping families reduce their energy bills and carbon footprint. You'll work closely with our designers to ensure that every installation is efficient, reliable, and tailored to meet the unique needs of each customer.

What You'll Be Doing- Installing the latest Vaillant heat pumps, cylinders, and radiators to help families lower their energy bills and carbon footprint.
- Working closely with our designers to ensure that every installation is efficient, reliable, and tailored to meet the unique needs of each customer.
- Training at the Aira Academy to become an elite Heat Pump Engineer, with opportunities for development and professional growth.
- Joining a Europe-wide team of Engineers as part of the Aira family.
- NVQ level 2 plumbing (or equivalent)
- Experience installing boilers or air source heat pumps
- Experience installing hot water cylinders and radiators
We'll provide all necessary Air Source Heat Pump training at our own Aira Academy's throughout the UK. If you have any of the following qualifications, it's a bonus:
- NVQ Level 3 plumbing (or equivalent)
- WRAS Qualifications (water regs)
- Gas Qualifications
- Unvented hot water systems (part G)
- Level 3 heat pump system design
- F-Gas Category 1
- Base Salary of £45,000 + commission, overtime, and a referral scheme

- Level 3 heat pump training being provided to all technicians, as well as world-class heat pump installation and product training at the Aira Academy
