Dynamics 365 Business Central Solutions Architect

Role Overview
We are seeking skilled Dynamics 365 Business Central Solutions Architects, ideally with a degree in Information Technology and experience in Business Central ERP, to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
This position encompasses both technical and analytical responsibilities, including requirements clarification, technical analysis and design, development, support, and client engagement to deliver solutions based on Dynamics BC.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality solution designs for clients, accompanied by necessary documentation.
- Implement technical solutions tailored to customer needs within Dynamics NAV / Business Central.
- Facilitate integrations with external systems utilizing various technologies.
- Maintain up-to-date design and technical documentation.
- Work in various locations, including client sites, as required.
- Ensure all development adheres to project standards and methodologies, successfully meeting all requirements within the allocated time and budget.
- Actively participate in technical and design working groups as needed.
- Proactively identify bugs or areas for enhancement in code or documentation.
- Follow best practices and KPMG technical standards throughout the development process.
- Manage proper code oversight for all development activities, including source control, unit testing, and code reviews.
- Provide progress updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Recognize and communicate any risks or issues promptly through the appropriate governance channels.
Skills & Requirements
- 5-6 years of experience in Dynamics NAV / BC development, with a solid understanding of financial principles and general business knowledge.
- Ability to engage directly with client representatives to offer technical solutions.
- Experience across the full project lifecycle, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Skilled in analyzing, designing, and developing client requirements, with a focus on mentoring junior developers.
- Adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong command of spoken and written English is essential due to interaction with international clients.
