About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Architect to join our team at Oliver Bernard. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Develop Documentation: Propose, design, and develop documentation for Functional Specification Document (FSD) / High Level Design (HLD) and solution for Service Cloud leveraging.
  • Multi-Organization Setup: Design for multi-org setup and configuration.
  • Maximize Out-of-the-Box Features: Maximise and prioritise the use of out of the box features of Microsoft Dynamics 365 e.g. queues, assignment manager, roles, profiles.
  • Proof of Concept Development: Develop Dynamics Proof of concept.
  • Microsoft Dataverse Expertise: Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse and its use in a multi-org ai.
  • Authentication and Authorization: Setup / configure application authentication and authorisation.
  • Migration and Customization: Facilitate migration of application between environments and customisation, where needed, of Microsoft Dynamics 365 using via Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Reporting and Dashboard Development: Development of reports / dashboard with Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Integration with Microsoft Services: Integration with Microsoft Power Pages/Portal, SharePoint and TEAMS.
  • Cloud Platform Utilization: Utilisation of Microsoft Azure Cloud platform native capabilities for system integration.
  • Integration Approach Proposal: Propose integration approach for Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other systems / services, identified during the requirements gathering phase, to meet business requirements.
