Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team on the weekend night duty at Willing Care.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have experience providing quality care for elderly individuals, including those with dementia, and will ideally hold an NVQ Level 2 and/or 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards it.
Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to elderly residents
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Engage in meaningful and stimulating activities with residents
- Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and emotional well-being
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for residents
- Thorough and fully paid induction programme
