Early Years Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Early Years Educator to join our team at Muddy Boots Nursery. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and interactive learning experiences that cater to the unique needs and interests of our children.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and inclusive environment.
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of curriculum activities that promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and a smooth daily routine.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early years education.
- A Level 3 or above qualification in Childcare or a related field.
- At least 6 months of experience working in a nursery or childcare setting.
- Availability to work between 8am and 6pm, with a minimum of 1 day and up to 5 days per week.
- Flexibility to adapt to different age groups and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for outdoor learning and a willingness to engage in physical activities with children.
- A competitive hourly rate of up to £11.75.
- A flexible role with opportunities to work between 9.5 and 38 hours per week.
