We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our client's team in Holmes Chapel. As a key member of the Negligence team, you will provide administrative support to the Office Manager and Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling of court documentation within tight deadlines
- Digital dictation/copy typing
- Diary management, organising appointments, travel and accommodation
- Document management and archiving
- Liaising with clients and solicitors
- Managing incoming calls and enquiries
- Ordering office supplies and stationery when required
Requirements:
- Recent legal secretary experience
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent attention to detail
