We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Newry. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of our mechanical contract services.

About the Role:

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with project teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects
  • Identifying and mitigating commercial risks while maximizing project profitability
  • Reviewing and negotiating contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Monitoring project financial performance and providing regular reports to project management
  • Mentoring and supporting junior members of the commercial team
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a mechanical background
  • A full UK/ROI driving license
