Office Admin Internship Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Admin Intern to join our team onsite. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your administrative skills and gain valuable office experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and Organize: Assist in daily office tasks, including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Communicate and Coordinate: Manage phone calls, emails, and other communications while providing general office support.
  • Document and Track: Help with data entry, document management, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Assist and Collaborate: Work with various teams to provide administrative support for meetings, scheduling, and event coordination.
  • Report and Update: Maintain office reports, update calendars, and track key tasks and projects to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:
  • Education: Recent graduate in Business, Administration, or a related field.

  • Tech-Savvy: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
