Paralegal - Commercial Real Estate Specialist

The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our Commercial Real Estate team on a 12 months fixed term contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law and experience in managing complex transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage completion and post-completion registrations, forms, filing and client signing/reporting requirements
  • Assist with file opening procedures, including preparing the first draft of retainer letter and ensuring compliance with money laundering regulations
  • Manage a busy caseload of transactions and liaise with clients to obtain instructions
  • Assist with corporate and real estate finance support and handle enquiries processes and collation of conveyancing searches

Requirements:

  • Previous real estate experience (12 months experience required)
  • Strong academics and excellent communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
