Eden Brown Synergy is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Adult Social Worker to join our team on behalf of Sandwell MBC. The successful candidate will work within the Review Team, supporting vulnerable adults and their carers with an asset-based and strength-based approach.
Key Responsibilities:- Undertake safeguarding investigations, mental capacity assessments, and best interest decisions.
- Carry out outcome-focused assessments and review assessments with support planning.
- Work with vulnerable adults and their carers to achieve their outcomes within the wider community.
- Degree in Social Work and SWE Registration.
- Enhanced DBS check (Eden Brown can apply for a new one on your behalf).
- Adult social work experience is advantageous, but newly qualified social workers with placement experience are also considered.
- Up to £32 per hour (negotiable for Advanced Practitioner).
- Hybrid working pattern, Monday to Friday.
