As part of their team, you will leverage your air freight expertise to ensure the seamless and efficient movement of goods, handling all necessary documentation with precision. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage air export freight forwarding operations from booking to delivery.
* Coordinate with airlines and handling agents to arrange shipments.
* Provide excellent customer service with a professional, responsive approach.
* Prepare and execute customer quotations promptly.
* Liaise with airlines to secure the best rates and capacity for shipments.
* Resolve any shipment irregularities as they arise.
* Complete all required documentation, such as air waybills, export declarations, and certificates of origin.

**Key Requirements:**

* Proven experience in air export operations.
* Familiarity with Boxtop software.
* Strong ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* High attention to detail and strong administrative capabilities.
* Ability to commute to Heathrow.

**What's on Offer:**

* Competitive salary: £28,000 - £38,000 (depending on experience)
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
