Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Education and Training Division as the Head of Digital Learning and Education. This pivotal role will support the successful implementation of our Digital Academy, a collaborative effort to create and implement a comprehensive digital learning platform.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Work closely with senior colleagues across the organisation to develop and implement the Digital Academy strategy
- Liaise with external tech organisations to procure new platforms and conduct market research to assess the market, target audience, and consumer demand for various services
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including education and training professionals, to ensure the Digital Academy meets the needs of our community
- Collaborate with the Education and Training Division Leadership team to develop and implement education and training programs that align with our mission and values
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in educational technology, learning design, and virtual learning platforms
- Proven ability to commission and procure digital platforms and conduct market research
- Strong understanding of working in the charity sector and/or within an education and training environment
- Experience working with children, young people, and families, mental health, or other health-related/science subjects
