The advertised position is part of the Council's Capital Development and Delivery team, which provides client-side construction project management and quantity surveying services. The team oversees a diverse range of major projects and programs, including new builds and renovation schemes for schools, leisure centers, offices, depots, and listed buildings, involving significant capital investment.

We seek an individual with a solid background in client-side quantity surveying for construction projects, possessing excellent communication skills and a proven track record in delivering capital programs and project portfolios from inception to completion.

This role presents an excellent opportunity for highly motivated individuals with well-developed interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills, who are willing to work flexibly and collaboratively in a high-profile, demanding environment while adhering to tight deadlines.
