We are seeking a highly skilled Supplier Quality Engineer to join our team at a leading manufacturing company in Belfast. As a key member of our quality team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of purchased items meets documented standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle supplier non-conformances and measure/analyze quality data to drive quality improvements.
  • Support the Quality Manager in ensuring the quality of purchased items meets documented standards.
  • Improve supplier quality performance and work with purchasing to approve new suppliers.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Supplier Quality within a manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and related process controls.
  • Experience in supplier and internal auditing.
  • Experience using tools such as Control Plans, FMEA's, PPAP, and communicating advanced quality concepts.
  • Highly analytical with a clear, logical understanding of problem-solving.
  • Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of ERP/MRP systems.
