We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Digital team at PA Consulting Services Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality digital solutions to our clients.

About the Role

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our digital products and services. You will work closely with our development team to identify and resolve defects, and develop and implement test strategies to ensure the quality of our software.

You will have the opportunity to work on large-scale projects, using robust technical automation frameworks and tools such as Cypress, Selenium, and Cucumber. You will also be responsible for improving test strategy, design, and implementation, and acting as a role model for junior QA engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement test strategies to ensure the quality of our software
  • Work closely with our development team to identify and resolve defects
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and tools
  • Improve test strategy, design, and implementation
  • Act as a role model for junior QA engineers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience in software testing and quality assurance
  • Knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools
  • Understanding of CI/CD tools and branching strategies
  • Experience with automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, and TestNG
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
