Job Description

Job Title: Advanced Practitioner - Spinal Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced clinician to lead our Specialist Back and Neck Service. As an Advanced Practitioner - Spinal Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing and managing complex spinal cases, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and manage complex spinal cases, including chronic and sub-acute back and neck pain
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement clinical guidelines and protocols to improve patient outcomes
  • Conduct audits and service evaluations to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide leadership and supervision to junior clinicians and support staff
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research and best practices in musculoskeletal and spinal physiotherapy

Requirements:

  • Advanced practice qualifications in musculoskeletal and spinal physiotherapy
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in musculoskeletal and spinal specialist roles
  • Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of spinal pathology
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
