About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Engineer to join our team as a Lead Field Engineer. As a key member of our Engineering team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and leadership to our Field Engineers, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of all mobilizations and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to Field Engineers, ensuring they have the necessary expertise to perform their duties effectively.
  • Leadership: Lead and mentor Field Engineers, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, preparation, and execution of all mobilizations and projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including Field Engineers, Project Managers, and Operations teams, to ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standards, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Engineering Qualification: Hold a relevant engineering qualification (HNC or above) or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a Field Engineer or Project Engineer role, with at least 3 years' experience in a supervisory or senior capacity.
  • Offshore Experience: Have a minimum of 3 years' offshore experience in a supervisory or senior capacity.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Have a good understanding of engineering principles and practices, as well as experience with project management tools and techniques.
