We are seeking a highly skilled Service Manager to join our team at Finning International. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of engineers and ensuring an excellent customer experience by optimizing resources to meet customer needs efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Understand customer service needs and deliver the appropriate resources to execute requests expertly, ensuring a dedicated customer experience.
- Plan and supply resources to ensure fulfillment of customer service needs, utilizing capacity and capability planning.
- Lead the end-to-end repair process from identifying customer service needs to accurately closing work orders and customer invoices.
- Ensure adherence to service processes and procedures to deliver consistent extraordinary customer service.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to engineers to ensure delivery of high levels of customer satisfaction while maintaining service profitability.
- Foundational engineering understanding and qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a technical or mechanical engineering role.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a similar industry environment is desirable.
