Requirements:

  • Communications Background: Proven experience in internal communications, with a strong understanding of the principles and practices of effective internal communications.
  • Project Coordination: Experience of managing and coordinating projects, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Leadership and Management: Experience of managing and developing direct reports, with a strong understanding of leadership and management principles.
  • Tone of Voice and Employer Branding: Strong understanding of tone of voice and employer branding, with experience of developing and implementing effective tone of voice and employer branding strategies.
