Compliance Manager Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Manager to join our team at Carousel Consultancy Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all company procedures are adhered to, managing supplier databases, and maintaining in-house records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Manage supplier databases and certifications
  • Maintain in-house records and databases
  • Collate data from suppliers and site activities
  • Implement methods for data analysis and reporting
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar administration role
  • Experience in manufacturing industry, preferably in FMCG
  • Demonstrable experience with databases and data analysis
  • Sound knowledge of H&S, environmental, and ethical requirements
  • Highly organized and excellent communication skills

We offer a competitive salary of £30k-£40k (dependent on experience) and a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and life insurance. We also consider reduced or part-time hours, dependent on the successful candidate.
