We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Producer to join our team at Cubiq Recruitment. As a Senior Producer, you will play a crucial role in the success of our game development projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the production department and manage company projects.
- Define the scope of new projects, develop roadmaps and timelines, set key deliverables, and establish development strategies and budgets.
- Gather and organise qualitative feedback from various sources to ensure successful production processes and uphold project governance.
- Monitor progress and collaborate with multiple teams to keep projects on track.
- Track progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to address risks or issues.
- Ensure timely project delivery and continuously seek improvements to enhance processes, methods, and practices.
- Provide reports on key metrics and statistics throughout the project life cycle, as required.
- Advise and assess company-wide risks from the production group to the Senior Leadership Team.
- Offer clear and concise feedback to both internal and external contacts, as needed.
- Plan long-term development schedules and set strategic timelines.
- Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate new projects and manage budgets effectively.
- Mentor, coach, and guide team members, promoting their professional growth and development.
- Lead the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new production staff, ensuring the team possesses the necessary skills and expertise.
We are looking for a Senior Producer who has experience working in a senior production role within a game development studio. If you have a proven track record of delivering successful projects and are passionate about game development, we would love to hear from you.
