About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Producer to join our second-party production team at Tencent Games. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for managing AAA titles across multiple platforms and collaborating with game studio partners to deliver high-quality games.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with external UK/European based studios, including frequent travel to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Drive quality in a collaborative and constructive manner, working with teams to set up and understand key KPIs for measuring game success.
  • Ensure development teams have a solid understanding of GaaS components and are structured to successfully deliver these games to players.
  • Work with development teams to ensure they are set up to deliver and manage games in a live service environment, regularly updating content for players.
  • Act as an internal product champion, involved in strategic product planning, franchise, and lifecycle management.
  • Implement effective processes for project tracking, milestone reviews, and feedback.
  • Plan production according to contractual obligations, budget, scope, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Communicate project status information to management and support the external development team to help them do their best work.
  • Represent games titles at industry events globally.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years' experience in games production, shipping multiple titles.
  • An excellent understanding of what is required to build and deliver AAA titles and franchises.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability.
  • A track record of successful completed projects.

The estimated salary for this role is around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
