We are seeking full and part-time Care Support staff to work in our care homes to support our residents with a variety of needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as part of our care/support team in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.
  • Carry out regular checks on residents, assisting with personal care, dressing & undressing.
  • Assist in providing refreshments, meals & snacks as required.
  • Have some understanding of mental health conditions and support requirements.
  • Support residents with physical health conditions and during illness.
  • Ability to assist residents with a variety of needs, including moving & handling.
  • Manage and administer medication following training on our eMAR system.
